Every journey begins with a single step.
This section outlines the available session options and contributions, so you can choose the format that best supports your path.
Sessions are held online, allowing flexibility, comfort, and continuity — wherever you are.
They are also offered at a reduced rate compared to in-person work, supporting greater accessibility and ease.

Introductory Session
Format: Online (video)
Duration: 30 min
Fee:

A gentle first meeting to explore your needs, ask questions, and to help us understand whether we are a good fit.
There is no obligation to continue — this time is for you to experience the space and see how it feels.
The introductory session is available for one booking only.
Standard Individual Sessions
Format: Online (video)
Duration: 60 min
Fee
per session: £ 60
Frequency: weekly / or as mutually agreed
Sessions are designed to support emotional progress, but the pace and frequency are flexible and guided by your needs.
Packages provide structure, continuity, and additional support between sessions
4 Session Package
Format: Online (video)
Duration: 4 sessions of 60 min each
Fee
per package: £ 200
Frequency: weekly / or as mutually agreed
The sessions must be used within an agreed time frame (no more than 4 weeks for a 4-session package).
Included in the packages:
• the option to message between sessions (brief support; responses subject to availability, as I may be in sessions)
• one additional 15-minute check-in during the package period for urgent situations
10 Session Package
Format: Online (video)
Duration: 10 sessions of 60 min each
Fee
per package: £ 450
Frequency: weekly / or as mutually agreed
The sessions must be used within an agreed time frame (no more than 8 weeks for a 10-session package).
Included in packages:
• the option to message between sessions (brief support; responses subject to availability, as I may be in sessions)
• one additional 15-minute check-in during the package period for urgent situations
Packages are non-refundable once started and must be used within an agreed time frame
Reduced Fee Options
Format: Online (video)
Duration: 50 min
Fee:

Frequency: weekly / or as mutually agreed
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for individuals who may require financial consideration. If this applies to you, feel free to mention it when making contact — conversations about access are always welcome and handled with care and respect.

You will receive a reply with available options as soon as possible.
Session Booking Guidelines
To ensure a structured and reliable therapeutic process, the following rules apply:
• Sessions are confirmed only once full payment is received
• Payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
• Sessions can be rescheduled only with a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice
• Requests to reschedule submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated
• Short check-in messages between sessions are not charged, but response times depend on availability
• Session times are reserved exclusively for you and begin and end at the scheduled time
Communication related to booking (including cancellations) must always be submitted in writing (email, WhatsApp, or text message).
Payment & Session Fee Information
To secure your appointment, please note the following:
• Preferred payment methods: card payment via the booking form or bank transfer.
• Payment details are sent after booking
• Payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the session
• If payment is not received by this deadline, the session time will be released to other clients
• Cash payments are possible only if agreed in advance and paid before the session
Not accepted:
• cheques
• insurance-based payments (not supported at this time)
The session fee is due in full for all booked appointments unless cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Online Session Requirements
To support a consistent and safe therapeutic space online:
• Please ensure a reliable internet connection
• Sessions are held via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Telegram
• If connection issues occur on the client’s side, the session will not be extended or refunded
• If a connection issue or cancellation occurs on my side, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled session
All sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Session Change & Cancellation Guidelines
To maintain fairness and ensure availability for all clients, the following applies:
• Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling a session
• All cancellations must be made in writing
(client account, email, WhatsApp,Telegram)
• Cancellations or missed sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee
• No-show sessions are charged in full
Exceptions apply only in cases of verified emergency or unavoidable circumstances and will be discussed individually.
These boundaries protect your time, my time, and the therapeutic space we build together.
